Python Backup will be a quite small backup script intended for single
machine backups that have access to ftp backup space as is commonly the case
with dedicated servers
Features planned
Here is a list of features planned for the first release:
- Tar based backup
- Full backups and incremental backup
- List of deleted files generated for incremental backups
- Gpg support for encrypting backups
- Automatic deletion of old backups
- Backups are uploaded to ftp server
